Carver United Reformed Churrch – Windermere, Cumbria
Removal of pews and floor levelling, decorations and new lighting to create a flexible Worship space and conference facility for the adjoining Windermere Centre. Removal of organ and apse platform and the installation of a glazed entrance screen linking the space into a new reception area formed between the Church and Hall buildings.
New covered entrance with projecting canopy visible from the main entrance steps, new paved entrance courtyard with lighting and space for future sculptures. Leading into a reception area with access into the Worship space and Halls. The creation of a single point of entry into every space.
