Welcome and what our buildings say about us

Our buildings are a corporate and theological statement and it is essential to understand the way their messages are read and understood, and in doing so to be sure that the messages are a true reflection. The buildings we occupy should reflect the nature of the Church family and the nature of the Kingdom of Heaven, and those which we have inherited from previous generations often speak of an understanding of Church which we no longer relate to.

In an age where Church and the Christian faith is less understood, Accessibility and Welcome is probably the primary message which we seek, through accessibility, easily crossed thresholds activity within and open rather than closed doors. This message of course can only be a reflection of the nature and desire of the Church family.

This and other related aspects of this messages are explored in the Commodity, Firmness and Delight paper and other information in the Opportunities section of the website.
